For adult survivors of childhood trauma, I guide you in learning to Reparent the most innocent parts of your soul so you can feel safe and unconditionally loved in the way you’ve always deserved. I also interweave yogic practices such as anxious energy release through movement and stretching, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation into the therapy process to help you access a peaceful state of calm, regardless of past or present stressors.
