I struggled with anxiety my entire life before discovering the healing power of yoga, EMDR and Inner Child reparenting.  I’ve spent over 20 years researching and incorporating the somatic and psychoeducational practices into the treatment for individual therapy clients, and in my own life.

I want to share with you what I’ve learned.  Join me in this reclamation of your body, mind and spirit!

Starting the therapy process might seem really scary.  The idea of sitting in a room and telling a complete stranger your most private thoughts and traumatic experiences can feel terrifying.  I can already tell you this though – you are not broken.  You already have everything you need within you to heal and begin living through your Highest Self.  My job is just to help guide you to gently toward the hurting parts of you and use your intuition to soothe and Reparent them. 

Yogic practices, EMDR and Inner Child Reparenting/Somatic Parts Work entered my life many years ago during my own struggles with trauma and anxiety; and they completely transformed me in the best possible way!  I am passionate about sharing these healing practices with others. I truly feel that my purpose on this earth is to help my clients learn to live through love rather than fear and to discover their most authentic, joyful life!
